Qualifications

• Two-year college level course of study in Business Administration and/or financial institution or related field experience or equivalent training and/or experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and processing of credit documents.
• Modification of notes and extensions.
• Commitment letters/letters of credit.
• Disburse loans.
• UCC-l, EFS, Brand Lien filing and tracking.
• Assignment of Government Payments, BLM and DNMRC Lien Notices, Assignment of Indemnity, Assignment of Life Insurance, Contract for Deed, Security Instruments, Deposit Accounts, Vehicle Lien Filing, Etc.
• Communicate with Title Companies, Insurance Companies, Farm Service Agencies, BLM offices, Secretary of State, Montana Dept. of Livestock, etc. as needed for loan information.
• Manage denial and withdrawn credit applications.
• Pulling credit reports, Lien Searches, Business Entity and Registered Principal searches.
• Filing /Correspondence/Photocopying.
• Build/Maintain files.
• Process paid and renewed notes.
• Receive and make loan advance requests.
• Receive and make payments/corrections.
• Preparation and storage of closed & purged files.
• Correspondence related to documentation of loan files.
• Maintain Ag database for tracking of inspections, UCC expirations, and loan advances.
• Request tax returns, financial statements and life insurance information on annual basis, or as needed.
