Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore is seeking a part-time Youth Development Coordinator to plan, organize, and implement engaging programs for members aged 6-18. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:30pm-6:30pm, with an hourly rate of $16.50–$18.50.

The role emphasizes safe, inclusive environments, youth empowerment, and alignment with BGCMB’s pillars: healthy lifestyles, arts, academics, and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children and creating safe, inclusive environments.
• Knowledge of youth and adolescent development.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement quality program activities for members aged 6-18.
• Build positive relationships with diverse club members and foster belonging.
• Motivate youth to participate fully in programs and activities.
• Track participation and document progress of members as needed.
• Follow safety policies and participate in weekly staff meetings.
