Job summary

The Y-CAP of Middle Tennessee is seeking a part-time YCAP Program Assistant Floater in Nashville to join the Y-Quest afterschool prevention program. This role involves leading groups of up to 30 youth, delivering lesson plans, and helping create a safe, engaging space for youth growth.

Shifts are Mon-Thu 2:00-6:00 p.m. with a starting pay of $19 per hour (experience-dependent). Bilingual abilities are a plus, and reliable transport between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of youth development experience preferred.
• Certifications: New Hire Orientation, DHS Background Disclosure & Fingerprints, Abuse Registry Check, references completed before first shift; CPR/First Aid/AED (Infant/Pediatric) within 30 days of hire.
• Bilingual skills a plus!
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites

Responsibilities
