Job summary

A youth development organization in Logansport is seeking dedicated individuals to support afterschool programming focused on literacy, math, and social-emotional growth. You will work closely with elementary students, facilitating activities and ensuring a safe, engaging environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth and be physically able to assist in various activities, while displaying professionalism and care. Competitive pay of $13 - $15 per hour, expected 20 hours per week in the afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in recreation, coaching, training, tutoring, or teaching is preferred.
• Must be physically able to perform essential functions and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Support afterschool programming through engaging interactions.
• Plan, implement, and sustain Club curriculum and activities.
• Contribute to a clean and safe environment for youth development.

Skills

Experience working with youth
