Columbia Academy Elementary & Middle School, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking an Afterschool Teacher in Columbia, MD to support safe, engaging activities after school hours.

This role may include additional hours for spring break camp and summer camp, with competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth across Endeavor Schools' 100+ campuses nationwide.

Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us.The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• High school Diploma


• Bachelors degree in Education or related field Preferred


• Experience working with school age children


• MSDE School Age clock hour certification


• CPR/First Aid qualified


• State specific requirements set by minimum state standards and or accreditation


• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.


• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
