Job summary

Columbia Academy Thunder Hill, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking an Assistant Infant Teacher to support learning activities and ensure child safety. The role welcomes applicants with a passion for working with children, even those from other fields, and emphasizes collaboration across classrooms.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED; MSDE Infant/Toddler cert is a plus; at least 1 year of infant experience and comfort with laptops/tablets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified center is preferred.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• MSDE Infant/Toddler cert a plus
• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
• At least 1 year prior experience with infants or infants and toddlers
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
