Job summary

The YMCA of the Black Hills in Custer, SD is hiring a Kidstop Site Coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year. This on-site role leads an afterschool program, ensuring a safe, engaging environment for elementary and middle school students.

You will manage lesson plans, safety protocols, and staff performance while collaborating with school personnel and families. Starting December 2026, the position offers a $17.00+ per hour DOE wage, about 22 hours per week, and a free YMCA staff membership.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or working with children in an educational or youth program setting.
