Job summary

KRE Security is seeking a Part-Time Afterschool Security Officer for the Lehigh Valley area (Macungie, PA). The role runs Wednesday-Friday, 2:45 PM-6:45 PM, following the academic school calendar, with a permanent part-time schedule and opportunities for Saturday coverage.

You will patrol interiors and exteriors, monitor entrances, and engage with students, families, and staff to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to interact with students, families, staff and visitors.
• Alert and detail-oriented.
• Able to work outdoors in inclement weather.
• Able to work independently.
• Pass background checks and required PA training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, hallways, and common areas.
• Assist with afterschool activities and events.
• Complete activity logs and reports.
• Provide Saturday coverage when requested.
• Follow site-specific post orders and client requirements.
