You will participate in meetings, ensure student safety, and assist with administrative tasks while contributing to meaningful, developmentally appropriate learning environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and at least two years of experience working with children in a group setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, targeted, and enriching programming.
• Build strong relationships with parents, children, and school staff.
• Attend relevant meetings, including monthly staff meetings.
• Ensure safety and security of students, staff, and community.
• Maintain developmentally appropriate learning environments.
• Respond to social-emotional and wellbeing needs of children.
• Plan activities, prepare resources, and lead afterschool activities.
• Serve as homework support resource in the afterschool program.
• Assist with administrative duties and coverage as needed.
• Support program development and communication with families and teachers.
