Job summary

Keeping It Positive Learning Academy (KIPLA) is seeking a dependable, energetic Afterschool Educator / Bus Driver to support school-age scholars in Austell, GA. The role runs Monday–Friday from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM and involves safe transportation, homework assistance, and guiding positive behavior.

The candidate will engage students with hands-on activities, supervise play, and uphold a structured, caring environment consistent with KIPLA's mission to Teach, Train, and Motivate in Love.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 months of previous experience working in an afterschool program.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience working with school-age children.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Must be dependable, patient, and enthusiastic.
• Must meet all applicable childcare and transportation requirements.
