Holy Trinity Catholic School seeks an Extended Day Care Aide for its after-school program in York, PA. This part-time role requires 2–3 hours daily with negotiable hours. The aide will supervise activities, assist with homework, snacks, and playtime, and respond to emergencies to ensure children’s safety.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean space, keeping logs, and coordinating with staff and families. Training in CPR/First Aid is provided, with a focus on safety and child welfare.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain state and federal background checks and take required classes for clearances.
• School will provide training on child care, first aid, and CPR.
• Must be willing to respect the Catholic Church’s teachings on morality.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise activities for children during before/after care.
• Help with homework, snacks and playtime.
• Respond to basic emergencies and monitor children's welfare.
• Maintain a clean, orderly space and keep daily logs.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the care space.
• Coordinate with parents and educators as needed.
