Job summary

Our Lady of Mercy Parish & School (East Greenwich) seeks a part-time Extended Day Assistant to join our mission-driven team, providing supervision and support from 2:00 to 5:30 pm and helping maintain a safe, nurturing environment for students.

The ideal candidate will be committed to Catholic education, collaborate with staff and families, maintain confidentiality, and assist with snacks, classroom activities, and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Available Monday through Friday 2:00–5:30 pm.
• Citizenship, residency, or work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Support the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church in word and deed.
• Supervise and care for students in the extended day program.
• Assist with snack organization and distribution.
• Perform administrative tasks for the extended day program as needed.
• Support school administration and adhere to school policies.
