Job summary

Glacial Community YMCA in Wisconsin seeks a part-time bus/van driver to transport middle school students after school. No CDL required; training provided. 18+ with a valid license and clean driving record, ability to pass written and behind-the-wheel evaluations, and willingness to attend trainings.

Schedule: 2:30pm–3:30pm Monday–Friday during the 2026-2027 school year, with occasional half days. Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, maintaining records, adhering to YMCA and state

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid regular driver license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass written and behind-the-wheel evaluations for Y mini-buses and vans (to be assessed post-hire).
• Previous experience working with school-aged youth preferred.
• Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport middle school students from their school to the YMCA.
• Maintain vehicle and participant records, logs, and other documentation as assigned.
