• Minimum of 3 years’ Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer service at all times.
• Manage departmental profitability and budgets.
• Control expenses and recruitment/ staff development.
• Optimize workshop capacity and utilisation and improve CSI.
