Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience in field operations or customer support management.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to travel up to 40% throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Responsibilities
Diagnose recurring field issues and translate findings into engineering insights.
Conduct reliability testing on mechatronic components under real-world conditions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for engineering teams.
