Job summary

deCircle is seeking a highly driven candidate to join our San Francisco on-site team, responsible for advancing AI safety, red teaming, and trusted AI research. You will work in a fast-paced environment with top AI labs, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact datasets and revenue-generating initiatives.

You will own multi-domain collaborations across finance, software, and sciences, while contributing to groundbreaking AI research.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in AI safety, red teaming, trust & safety, adversarial ML, or security research.

Job description

Compensation: $130K - $150K base (OTE $260K - $450K); meaningful equity

Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site, ~6 days/week)

What we're looking for:

Highly driven individual with experience in a high-intensity environment like management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-paced startup. Comfortable owning client relationships and project execution end-to-end, with a track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Scrappy, hungry, willing to grind to push the frontiers of AI.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in AI safety, red teaming, trust & safety, adversarial ML, or security research.

On-site: typically in office 6 days/week (FiDi, SF). Visa: open to transfers (OPT, H1B transfers); US-based preferred; no new H1Bs.
