Job summary

deCircle is seeking a senior platform infrastructure engineer for an onsite role in San Francisco's FiDi. You will design and build core shared infra for data generation, HITL systems, and evaluation pipelines to enable scalable AI workflows.

You will own foundational systems for scale and reliability, mentor junior engineers, and provide platform services to vertical engineering teams while architecting distributed, high-throughput workloads with Node.js, Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis,

Qualifications

• 6-10 yrs platform infrastructure with full-stack capability.
• Scalable, reliable, high-throughput systems track record.
• Node.js, Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, AWS/GCP.
• Mentoring; HITL data or high-growth startup a plus.
• On-site 5 days FiDi SF.

AfterQuery: novel datasets and data infrastructure for frontier AI labs (85 people, $34M raised, SF).

Comp: $250K-$350K base (OTE $300K-$450K (bonus up to $100K)) + competitive equity. Location: On-site 5 days, FiDi SF. Visa: Visa transfers (OPT, H1B).
