WRMC, Inc. is seeking a polished Concierge for a luxury multifamily community in Downtown San Antonio. The role focuses on a warm, high-touch resident experience, greeting residents, guests, and vendors, and managing building access with discretion.

You will respond to resident questions, coordinate authorized access, and maintain confidentiality while delivering professional service in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
