Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities while helping clients reach personal goals outside the home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available with paid training, a flexible schedule, and a weekly pay cadence. Virtual interview process and benefit opportunities are also offered by ExpertCare.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Pass required background checks and screenings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients.
• Assist with skill-building activities and community outings.
• Support individuals with varying abilities in daily activities.
• Maintain safe, respectful, and encouraging home environments.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
