Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Warehouse Leader to manage daily manpower and shift execution in Benicia, CA. This full-time afternoon shift role involves leading safety briefings, assigning daily duties, and ensuring safe, productive operations.

The position requires an Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years in warehousing and some leadership experience, or a high school diploma with substantial warehouse leadership background. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5+ years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1+ years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpowerrequirementsfor current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliabilityrequirementsare met
• Manage work flows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned
