Job summary

The Primrose School at Naperville Crossings is seeking a part-time Support/Float Teacher (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday) to work with infants through school-age children. This role includes assisting across age groups as needed and serving as a bus driver for daily transportation.

Ideal candidates are flexible, reliable, and eager to collaborate with teaching peers, while maintaining professional communication with parents and ensuring a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least two years of childcare experience (preferred).
• Must be 21 years of age and have a clean driving record.
• Be flexible, reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Able to communicate professionally with parents and colleagues.
• Able to relate to both children and their parents and be outgoing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with care across all age groups (infants to school age) as needed daily.
• Operate as a bus driver to transport school-age children from elementary school.

The Primrose School at Naperville Crossings is currently looking for a Support/Float Teacher. This is a part-time position: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This support position is a very important role because it involves working with all age groups (infants through school age) as needed each day. Additionally, this person would be a bus driver who helps transport our school age children from their elementary school each day.

Candidates must also:

• have at least two years of experience in childcare (preferred)

• be a team player and be ready and willing to work and collaborate with teaching peers
