Job summary

Primrose School of Naperville Crossings in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Part Time Assistant Teacher to join our afternoon team. You will support the lead teacher, help implement lesson plans, supervise children, and participate in daily routines.

The hours are Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, with additional hours available. We offer a nurturing environment, training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience with young children preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background check and obtain necessary certifications.
• Positive and nurturing demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow directions from lead teacher.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime and outdoor activities.
• Support children with daily routines, including mealtimes, diapering and nap time.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Part Time Assistant Teacher to join our team in the afternoons at Primrose School of Naperville Crossings. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a nurturing and educational environment for young children.

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. (More hours are available if desired.)
