Job summary

Parkland USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Billings, MT location. This position supports the Store Manager in daily operations, with an afternoon shift from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Shifts may change with store needs.

Sunoco LP, now part of Parkland Corporation, operates an extensive fuel distribution network across North America. The role emphasizes maintaining brand standards, inventory control, team leadership, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year managerial experience in deli/kitchen, convenience store, restaurant or retail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in varying outdoor climates and in-store cooler environments.

Responsibilities

• Performs management duties as assigned or in Store Manager’s absence.
• Directs and prioritizes the work of store personnel.
• Enforce daily operating procedures to ensure store is clean, stocked and organized.
• Maintain quality brand image standards and pass evaluations; manage inventory and displays.
• Perform daily paperwork and computer entry; support Sales Associate and Supervisor duties.
• Attend monthly safety and security meetings; demonstrate safe work practices.
