Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray, KY is seeking a Full-time Sterile Processing supervisor to oversee staff and manage decontamination, assembly and reprocessing of surgical instruments. The role collaborates with the Manager and Director of Perioperative Services to ensure timely instrument turnover and accurate sterilization processes.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and CRCST/CST certification preferred, with at least one year in a clinical setting encouraged.

• Supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of sterile processing workflows and quality standards.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of sterile processing department staff under Perioperative Services management.
• Receive, decontaminate, assemble and reprocess supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Inspect and reassess instruments; assist with tray setup for case turnover.
• Sterilize trays, instruments, and supplies and record autoclave testing results.
