Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Lebanon, IN seeks an Afternoon Site Supervisor to coordinate activities within the assigned program, supervise staff, and ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance. The role involves inspecting areas, equipment, and working conditions, and reporting to management.

The candidate will train and supervise employees, monitor safety practices, track inventory and maintenance, and prepare routine reports. Some travel and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommends training and discipline.
• Prepare written reports (pass down, weekly, or monthly).
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE to ensure safety compliance.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
• Maintain records (training, inspections, attendance, metrics).
• Supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions.

Weekends as NeededCompensation: $60,000 -$65,000Job OverviewThe Site Supervisor will be responsible for safely coordinating activities within the assigned program. This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. The Individual will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
