SBM Management Services, LP in Denver, Colorado, seeks a Site Supervisor to coordinate safety-focused activities within the assigned program and supervise both company and temporary staff. The Individual will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.
$60,500-$62,500 per year
Open availability needed throughout shift days for operations needs
Thursday-Monday, Tuesday-Saturday or Saturday-Wednesday

Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
May be required to have a valid driver’s license. May be required to be Forklift Certified
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
Good written and verbal skills, excellent customer service skills, training abilities, and time management skills
Problem solving, presentation, and coaching
Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to effectively communicate to customers, contractors, or employees of organization. Use of forklifts and pallet jacks a plus.
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
