Job summary

Graybar Electric Company is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler to ensure products move efficiently through receiving, storing, selecting, packing, and shipping. The role uses a Warehouse Management System and requires physical ability to lift, climb, and work in varying temperatures; steel-toed boots are required.

The shift is Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 3:00pm, with pay at $18.50 per hour. Graybar values safety and teamwork and offers opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Prior large warehouse experience using a warehouse management system preferred.
• Steel-toed boots required.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material in accordance with warehouse management system process.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments, conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain clean warehouse including following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections.
