Priority Waste Resources is looking for a Heavy Duty Machinery Mechanic in Flint, MI. Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience as a heavy-duty technician.
• Commercial Driver's License is a plus but not required.
• ASE Certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on refuse vehicles and heavy machinery.
• Complete oil changes and greasing trucks/equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.

Skills

Experience with maintenance on refuse trucks and heavy machinery

Understanding work orders and labor time standards

Basic inspection skills (brakes, drivetrain, emissions)

Problem-solving abilities

Ability to perform welding and fabrication

Knowledge of electrical repairs
