Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner with proper reporting.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify authorization and document daily activity and incidents.
• Communicate security observations and policy concerns to site personnel and leadership.
