Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed or 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required under federal, state, local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws; driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors at access points.
• Monitor and manage entry points, verify credentials, and maintain access records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms per escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, exteriors, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate incidents and security observations to site personnel and leadership.
