Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager for Behavioral Health (Afternoons) to oversee clinical and managerial duties in the department. This role reports to the Director/Nurse Manager and guides patient care delivery, budgets, and staffing in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Ideal candidate will have a BSN, at least two years of RN experience, and an active MI RN license. The position emphasizes quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and personnel management

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Two years RN experience required.
• Current RN license in Michigan.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies within the department.
• Assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel.
