Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 50 production employees on the afternoon shift.
• Oversee automated assembly lines and related production areas.
• Schedule staffing and assignments to meet customer demand.
• Monitor performance, quality, scrap, and safety metrics.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and coach staff on priorities.
• Collaborate with maintenance and materials to reduce downtime.
• Address performance issues and enforce policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and safety.
