Kelly Services in Michigan is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for a direct-hire role at an automotive manufacturing facility in Fowlerville. You will oversee about 50 employees on a climate-controlled floor, driving safety, quality, and on-time production.

The role offers a $75,000 annual salary, additional compensation for hours beyond 45 per week, 3 weeks vacation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–12:00 AM schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise approximately 50 production employees, including assembly technicians, team leaders, and manufacturing support personnel.
• Oversee daily operations across automated assembly lines and supporting production areas.
• Coordinate staffing, employee assignments, and production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery requirements.
• Monitor production performance, quality, scrap levels, and safety standards to ensure operational goals are achieved.
• Conduct pre‑shift meetings, communicate production priorities, and provide ongoing employee coaching and development.
• Work closely with maintenance, material scheduling, and other departments to resolve operational issues and minimize downtime.
• Address employee performance concerns, maintain attendance records, and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, workflow, safety, and overall team performance.
