Job summary

Mars Petcare in Aurora, NE is seeking a Production Lead to join our manufacturing team. This shift-based role drives safety, quality, and cost conversions while developing talent and leading a team of about 15 Associates.

You will coordinate line operations, champion continuous improvement, and partner with the Area Leadership Team to deliver reliable, compliant production aligned with Mars Supply Excellence program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering/science/business majors preferred.
• Experience leading others and managing teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Understanding of plant functions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of production associates on shift.
• Drive safety, quality, and efficiency in area operations.
• Coordinate line operations, staffing, and changeovers.
• Support continuous improvement and Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) program.
• Partner with Area Leadership Team on reliability strategy.
