Job summary

First Day Homecare, LLC in Michigan seeks a PRN private duty nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care under physician orders. Afternoon hours available: 12:00p-5:30p or 1:00p-5:30p, with flexible scheduling.

You will administer medications, document orders, and collaborate with the client’s care team to ensure safe, compliant care under Nurse Practice Act guidelines. CPR certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current LPN license to practice in the state of operation.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care as defined in the state Nurse Practice Act.
• Follows orders and client care plan; documents changes in the medical record.
• Administers medications and coordinates care with the team; handles pediatric services as needed.
