Job summary

LabCorp in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in a part-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 1:00pm–5:00pm). You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections for all ages, process specimens, and ensure accurate data entry and billing. Daily travel to client sites may be required.

The role emphasizes delivering superior customer service, maintaining logs, and working under minimal supervision while adhering to safety and vaccination requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• Phlebotomy certification or completion of training; or 3+ months experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis; maintain logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
