Qualifications

• Related post-secondary training or education in maintenance.
• 5 years in a mechanical/electrical trades capacity and related industrial maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and to communicate them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and standard maintenance tasks.
• Inspect facility areas for safety, housekeeping and compliance.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service.
• Use hand/power tools, meters and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical components and systems.
• Assist in building maintenance, renovations and updates as needed.
• Support safety and EMS/QMS programs.
