Job summary

Sticky Fingers Cooking is seeking a part-time Chef Teacher to lead hands-on cooking classes for kids ages 5-14 in Gilbert, AZ schools. You’ll teach one-hour classes, bring energy, and follow our curriculum while building confidence in the kitchen.

The role requires reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and the ServSafe Food Handler Certificate plus an Arizona Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or coaching kids.
• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to obtain required safety certificates and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Teach one-hour cooking classes for kids ages 5-14 using our curriculum.
• Prepare classroom, shop for ingredients, and set up before class.
• Communicate with Admin Team by phone and text during program.
• Provide a safe, engaging experience for every student.
• Support ongoing training and use provided curriculum and tools.
