Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in Naperville, IL is seeking an Afternoon Assistant Infant Teacher for a 12:00pm‑6:00pm shift. The infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where babies can explore, grow, and reach milestones, with a focus on responsive care and family communication.

You will join a caring team, maintain routines, comply with licensing standards, and contribute to a supportive, high‑quality learning environment for our youngest learners.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center preferred.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
