Job summary

Absolute Autism Therapy, LLC is seeking dependable Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA services to children and adolescents with autism.

RBTs work 1:1 with clients under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA, delivering communication, social, and daily living skill growth with consistent, professional care.

Afternoon availability is required; travel to clients' homes is expected, and clear documentation, HIPAA compliance, and timely communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Ability to reliably travel to clients’ homes within the assigned service area.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow treatment protocols and BCBA instructions.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes according to individualized plans.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect session data and document client progress.
• Complete session notes daily and obtain caregiver signatures.
• Follow BCBA direction and participate in supervision, training, and feedback.
