Job summary

All Around Children is seeking an experienced Floater Teacher in Stow, Ohio, to support a Gold (SUTQ), NAC-accredited center serving children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. The role runs 1 PM to 6 PM and offers an industry-leading benefits package with competitive pay.

You will assist the Lead Teacher, implement developmentally appropriate activities, and communicate with families while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. A high school diploma is required; CDA/AA in ECE is a plus.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work with children 6 weeks to 12 years old.
• Must be able to pass background checks and obtain licensure clearances.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in creating an educational atmosphere.
• Design and implement age-appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.
• Observe development and communicate with families.
• Maintain a safe, healthy learning environment in compliance with licensing.
