Qualifications

• Previous restaurant cooking experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train.
• Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts, including Saturdays as scheduled.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to follow Russ’ recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to Russ’ recipes and quality standards.
• Work efficiently during busy lunch, afternoon, and dinner shifts.
• Maintain consistency in portion sizes and presentation.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
• Keep your cooking station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work with fellow cooks to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
