Job summary

Skyward Spectrum is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings in Georgia. The role supports children with autism and related needs, under BCBA supervision, with travel to client homes required.

The position offers part-time and full-time options, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth alongside comprehensive benefits for full-time RBTs.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred or willing to become certified within 30 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities and their families.
• Technologically proficient; familiarity with Apple and/or Android devices.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience working with children.
• Must be punctual, professional and reliable.
• Empathy, integrity, and a positive upbeat energy.
• Must be able to travel to client homes.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
• Must be able to move about the child\'s home and engage in ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
• Implement the treatment plan created by your BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes.
• Work with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA teaching procedures.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill data and log hours accurately.
• Attend Monthly Staff Meetings.
• Communicate with parents and BCBA to improve treatment over time.
• Take detailed session notes.

Skyward Spectrum provides in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy services. We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) to provide direct therapy services to clients.

Schedule:

• Part-time (daytime or evening) and full-time positions available
• Work a standard schedule Monday - Friday, and/or choose a weekend/evening option
• Flexible availability

Work Setting:

• In home, in school & in community

• Needs to move about the child's home, playground or natural environments to engage in ABA Therapy with children.
• Must be able to ascend/descend stairs/ladders to engage children in gross motor activities.
• Must be able to position self on the floor to engage with children during activities.
• Experience/Education in field such as mental/behavioral health, social work, psychology, etc. Preferred (preferred).
• 6 months of ABA experience working with children with Autism (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
• Attend Monthly Staff Meetings
• Communicate with parents and with BCBA to improve treatment over time
• Take detailed session notes
