Job summary

Panera Bread Chillicothe is hiring Restaurant Team Members for Afternoon and Evening shifts (3pm–10pm). You will connect with guests, impact the bakery-café’s business, and serve the community by donating unsold products to local organizations.

Experience in customer service and a willingness to learn are valued. Growth opportunities exist with a path to shift into management as you gain skills through hands-on training, teamwork, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work 12–40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and deliver excellent customer service.
• Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, & Trust.
• Step in & support your manager and team.
• Learn different positions, such as: cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich makers, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.
• Our cashiers are the friendly face of Panera. You’re in charge of welcoming customers, taking their orders, helping them have a great experience, and sending them off with a smile.
• Our salad & sandwich makers assemble a wide range of menu items ensuring every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.
