Job summary

Panera Bread Heath is hiring Restaurant Team Members for Afternoon and Evening shifts (2pm–10pm). You will greet guests, deliver friendly service, and participate in daily bakery-café operations in a community-focused environment.

Roles include learning multiple positions such as cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad and sandwich making, barista, and dining room cleanliness. Must be at least 16 years old and able to work 12–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn multiple positions.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet guests, delivering excellent customer service.
• Support the team and manager across shifts.
• Learn and perform various roles (cashier, baking, drive-thru, salads & sandwiches, barista, dishwashing, dining room upkeep).
• Create welcoming experiences and ensure guest satisfaction.
