Job summary

Soccer Stars in Tempe, AZ is seeking energetic, dependable coaches to lead after-school soccer activities for kids. You will guide age-appropriate drills, run practices, and host league games on Saturdays in a positive, supportive environment.

Experience with children is valued, and coaching certifications are welcome but not required. You will collaborate with schools, staff, and families to create a fun, safety-first program that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship.

We're looking for energetic, dependable coaches who enjoy working with children and are passionate about creating an encouraging team experience. No two practices are the same - you'll lead engaging activities, teach age-appropriate soccer skills, and help young athletes grow both on and off the field.

Program Details

We partner with many elementary schools across the Phoenix‑East Valley to provide an introductory, recreational soccer program. Most schools have more than one team. Teams are broken up by age group, with a different coach for each team. Classes are held once a week on campus after school (usually between 3 pm‑4 pm). We hold one to two game days per month from October through December on Saturdays. Coaches typically go to more than one school throughout the week and coach multiple different teams.
