Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Cook for its Bellbrook community in Rochester Hills. This full-time role supports daily meal preparation in line with safety standards and internal policies.

Responsibilities include reviewing menus, coordinating with departments, serving meals, and maintaining sanitation and inventory. A high school diploma and experience cooking large quantities are required in a healthcare/food-service setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
• Must be knowledgeable of dietary procedures.
• Must maintain sanitation, order, safety and proper performance of duties.

Responsibilities

• Reviews menus prior to preparation of food.
• Performs administrative requirements and submits to the Manager.
• Ensures menus are maintained and filed per policies.
• Coordinates services with other departments as necessary.
• Assists in serving meals timely and follows established procedures.
• Assists in standardizing methods of work.
