Job summary

Felician Sisters of North America in Enfield, CT is seeking dedicated Nurse Aides, CNAs and Caregivers for a casual afternoon shift (3:00 pm – 9:00 pm) at our Enfield convent home at 1315 Enfield Street. Responsibilities include direct resident care and documenting care, with flexible scheduling to support resident quality care.

We offer annual pay increases, PTO, PTO payout, and bonuses. The hourly rate ranges from $18.23 to $30.59, depending on CNA certification and experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Current or lapsed Certified Nurse Aide certification on file with the state in which the health services are located is a PLUS but not required.
• Long-term resident care or home care experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with dementia patients a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to elder sisters including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care.
• Documents care and communicates with residents, family, management and staff to ensure resident quality care; collaborates with nursing staff as needed.
• Schedule flexibility is a plus.
