Job summary

Felician Sisters of North America is seeking a part-time Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide resident-focused care at the Enfield convent home located at 1315 Enfield Street. The role covers afternoon/evening shifts (Sunday and Saturday, 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm) with competitive benefits and a pay rate of $18.23–$30.59 per hour based on certification and experience.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, hygiene assistance, feeding, mobility, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current or lapsed CNA certification on file with the state is a plus but not required.
• Long-term resident care or home care experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working with dementia patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to elder Franciscan sisters, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care.
• Document care and communicate with residents, families, management, and staff to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with nursing staff; maintain schedule flexibility to meet ongoing resident needs.
