Qualifications

Responsibilities

• This position primarily supports afternoon and closing operations. Team members in this role will typically work midday through store close.
• Greet every guest in a friendly, professional manner and take accurate orders.
• Process transactions through the POS system and communicate menu items clearly.
• Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and food items per recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace; restock as needed.
• Follow closing procedures and ensure proper end-of-day tasks are completed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support coworkers during busy times.
